Clean-Only vs Full Turnover: What's the Difference?
A clean-only turnover covers the changeover clean to a fixed checklist while you supply and launder your own linen. A full turnover adds hotel-grade linen supplied and laundered to par-levels (three sets per bed), a consumables restock, and guest-ready staging. Most portfolio hosts choose full turnover because linen is the single biggest operational headache and the easiest margin to hand over.
Why a Managed Monthly Programme?
Optus Glean does not sell single hobby-host changeovers. The short-term let line is a managed monthly programme for portfolio hosts, holiday-let operators and property managers with three or more units: a fixed per-unit changeover fee inside a retained monthly minimum on SEPA Direct Debit, with a named primary cleaner and named relief, both PAYE-employed and Garda-vetted. Each turnover is photo-signed guest-ready and logged — register-ready records ahead of the Short-Term Letting (STL) Register, which launches on 1 December 2026 and is mandatory by 31 December 2026.
