Optus Glean provides contract cleaning, specialist cleaning, commercial laundry, and facilities management services across all 26 counties in Ireland. The specific scope of services for each client is defined in the individual service agreement or cleaning specification agreed between Optus Glean and the client.

3.2 Service Standards

We deliver all services in accordance with our documented quality management framework, which includes method statements, risk assessments, and cleaning specifications tailored to each client site. Our operatives are Garda vetted, Safe Pass certified, and trained on site-specific requirements before commencing work.

3.3 Access and Cooperation

The client agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the premises for our cleaning operatives to carry out the agreed services. The client is responsible for informing Optus Glean of any site-specific hazards, access restrictions, or special requirements prior to the commencement of services.

4. Quotations and Pricing

4.1 Quotations

All quotations provided by Optus Glean are based on a site survey and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quotations are subject to the accuracy of information provided by the client regarding the size, condition, and requirements of the premises.

4.2 Pricing

Prices quoted are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT will be charged at the prevailing rate applicable at the time of invoicing. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days’ written notice where there is a material change in the scope of work, site conditions, or statutory minimum wage rates.

4.3 Payment Terms

Invoices are issued monthly in arrears for contract cleaning services and upon completion for one-off or project-based work. Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue payments at a rate of 8% above the European Central Bank reference rate, in accordance with the European Communities (Late Payment in Commercial Transactions) Regulations 2012 (S.I. No. 580/2012).

5. Cancellation Policy
